Accounting, Tax and Administrative Technician (disability certificate โฅ33%)
Job description
We are looking to hire an Accounting, Tax and Administrative Technician with a disability certificate equal to or greater than 33% to manage the company's accounting, tax and administrative functions.
This is an on-site position in Granada, for an organised, proactive person with attention to detail, capable of working autonomously on daily accounting and tax management, as well as supporting the organisation and administrative management of the office.
Main responsibilities
Accounting and tax
- Maintaining and reviewing the company's accounts based on the documentation provided.
- Recording issued and received invoices, as well as bank transactions.
- Bank reconciliations and control of accounting records.
- Preparing and filing periodic tax returns (VAT, withholdings, instalment payments and other applicable forms).
- Preparing accounting information for the preparation and filing of annual accounts.
- Handling and managing tax and accounting notifications, communications and requests.
- Monitoring and tracking the company's tax obligations.
Administrative and office
- Issuing, recording and controlling invoices.
- Document management and physical and digital filing.
- Preparing reports, databases and spreadsheets.
- Telephone and email support in Spanish and English.
- Office space management and basic coordination of its use.
- Support in organising workshops, activities and events.
- Managing orders, suppliers and material inventory.
- Processing administrative documentation and supporting daily company operations.
- Other administrative tasks necessary for the proper functioning of the organisation.
Requirements
Education
Training in Business Administration and Finance, Accounting, Business Management or similar will be valued.
Experience
- Previous experience in accounting and/or administration will be valued.
- Experience in tax filing and basic tax management will be valued.
Languages
- Native or bilingual Spanish.
- English level B2 (desirable).
Skills
- General accounting.
- Basic taxation (VAT, withholdings and quarterly forms).
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Office software (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace).
- Administrative, document and organisational management.

Essential requirements
